COLOMBINO

Huile d’olive vierge extra

Comme tous les ans, au début de la cueillette, les meules des moulins à huile commencent leur travail sans arrêt. La meule en pierre “colombina”, tournant autour de la “pilla”, donnera naissance au miracle de la création de l‘huile. “Terre Bormane” présente l’huile d’olive vierge extra “Colombino”, obtenue grâce au simple pressurage d’olives saines sélectionnées avec soin. “Colombino” est une grande huile vierge au goût plein et vif et à la couleur jaune d’or intense. Elle n’est pas filtrée, mais seulement soumise aux transvasages périodiques d’usage; le voile sur le fond de la bouteille est synonime de pureté.

Extra virgin olive oil

Like every year, at the beginning of the harvest, the millstones of the oil presses start their work without rest. The millstone made of “colombina” stone, rotating on the “pilla” , will produce the miracle of the oil birth. “Terre Bormane” presents the extra virgin olive oil “Colombino” obtained by the simple pressure of wholesome olives carefully selected. “Colombino” is a excellent virgin olive oil with a full and palatable taste and an intense gold colour. It is not filtered, just subjected to customary, periodic decantings; a veil on the bottom of the bottle is a sign of genuineness.
