Description: In Japan the drinking vinegars are popular for their health benefit. These are vinegars which were flexible enough to be consumed with water replacing the too sweet syrups.

Taste: This 100% natural vinegar, fresh and slightly tangy allows us to recover fully the delicious taste of Japanese persimmons.

Use: In drinks and cocktails, to flavor pastries, a yoghurt or jelly.

Ingredients: Persimmon vinegar, honey, sugar.
Storage: Store in a cool dry place, away from light and refrigerate after opening.
Shelf life: 2 years.
Container: glass bottle.
