Origin Japan. Originally from China, Yuzu is now present throughout Japan. We use the peel of this small citrus fruit, dried and very finely ground. It goes well with soy sauce to give ponzu and thus accompany many dishes: from fondue (nabe-mono) to sashimi, including miso soup. It can be used in both sweet and savory cuisine .
