Gum arabic powder
Coating agent for marzipan and sugared almonds. Binder and thickener. Maintains suspending fruit pulp in drinks.
Hydrates in warm water.
• DOSAGE:
      • Milk and Ice: 4-7 g / l
     • Beverages: 0.2 g / l
     • coating: 30 to 50% in solution
     • Biscuit and Pasta: 0.2 g / kg body
     • Syrups food gum: 20 g of gum arabic per liter
• PACKAGING: Box 1 kg
