"Tulakalum" means "Together" in Maya dialect. And it is in collaboration with our partner producer Maya Mountain and our sourceurs that we have relaunched the sector of this rare cocoa, from Belize. Our taste experts then worked to offer you a chocolate that is as close to what nature has given us. That's why Tulakalum contains 75% cocoa and is made without soy lecithin. Its high fat content, derived from cocoa, provides a texture suitable for all pastry and chocolate applications, including coating. We wanted to offer you the best of this Belize cocoa through a high percentage chocolate with unique sensory identity.
